For years I’ve sent you evidence proving multiple insurance companies mass manslaughter of sick and dying patients.
Obama and his Attorney General and DOJ, the FBI and DOL have repeatedly refused to stop these deadly crime patterns !!!!
I have never received one response from your office regarding your duty to investiage this misconduct !!!!
Now you have responded in one day to one specific email that proved the DOL Directors receive my emails.
You wrote "This Office does not have jurisdiction in the matter. We regret that we are unable to assist you further"

DOJ Inspector General, please answer the following. Does this mean you are going to continue ignoring the fact that crimes against thousands of sick and dying patients are being ignored by President Obama, Attorney General Holder, U.S. Attorney Jerry Martin, the DOJ, the FBI, and DOL Secretary Solis ?
You wrote to me today saying “the primary investigative responsibilities of this office are Allegations of misconduct committed by U.S. Department of Justice employees and contractors; and waste and abuse by high ranking Department officials, or that affects major programs and operations”
Obama, the DOJ and all the government officials mentioned above have received every sentence after this one and much more in person, via certifed mail, in Court documents, via telephone, and around 1,000 emails.
Emergency Introduction to the Exhibits
The evidence proves large corporations patterns of deadly crimes in three different categories of business and no one is being prosecuted !!
Category 1 – Health and Injury Insurance
Evidence you’ll see includes :
(1) Blue Shield and Health Net illegally cancelled entire policies when very sick patients filed claims for major medical treatment and surgery. Evidence quotes include :
“Bonuses were paid in part for how many policies were cancelled and how much money was saved as a result”
(2) Many sick and dying people desperately suffer because multiple insurance companies are ignoring life threatening medical conditions when patients file health and injury claims in four types of insurance.
Government documents prove insurance companies also:
(a) fabricate pre-existing conditions to deny claims
(b) conceal medical documents from patients
(c) train agents to ignore evidence
(d) lie in multiple Federal Courts if the patient lived to actually get to Court
No one is being prosecuted for any of this !!

Because of these crime patterns very sick patients are forced to go without medical treatment and surgery.
Many injured workers commit suicide because they are in tremendous pain while being denied treatment because the insurance companies stripped medical records from their files.
Civilian contractors who support our troops in U.S War Zones are suffering devastating injuries including loss of limbs. Insurance companies are illegally denying or delaying medical treatment and prosthetic replacements of limbs !!
No one is being prosecuted and the deadly crimes continue!!
During this same time AIG, MetLife, Prudential and Unum all rigged huge bids to increase sales of health or injury related policies !!
Insurance Type 1 Brief Example
Quotes I compiled from 51 Federal Judges prove MetLife and doctors paid by MetLife ignore life threatening medical conditions including Multiple Sclerosis, cancer and cardiac conditions.
Judges also wrote MetLife fabricates pre-existing conditions, conceals medical documents from patients, trains agents to ignore evidence, and lies in Federal Court if the patient lives to get to Court.
Short example - U.S. Magistrate Judge Jennifer Guerm wrote :
"MetLife relied on clearly erroneous findings of fact in making its benefit determination. MetLife’s review of Plaintiff’s appeal consistently omitted or misrepresented relevant information in several ways.”
U.S. District Judge Richard Enslen wrote “MetLife and its henchmen” because MetLife also endangers many psychological patients.
**** I asked the Federal Court to stop this deadly crime pattern but U.S. Magistrate Judge Bryant in Nashville wrote :
“the enforcement of such provisions is the exclusive prerogative of the Attorney General”
Obama and the AG he appointed refuse to take action after receiving all this evidence multiple times via certified mailings to the White House, court documents, and personal visits to the FBI and U.S. Attorney’s office !! I can prove Obama was on a call I received from the DOL Regional Manager on 12/23/10 !!
They are very aware the patients can die during the years it takes their claim to be resolved by the Courts !!
Bribery of Obama
You’ll see two MetLife executives’ gave Obama large contributions. One year later the two executives signed page five of the DOJ agreement where no one was prosecuted for rigging huge bids to increase sales of policies.

Professor Joseph Belth from Indiana University wrote :
"They've turned Erisa on its head. It was supposed to protect employees, and it's being used to protect insurers."
(ERISA is the abbreviation for the U.S. Title 29 laws that regulate employee benefit health plans of all the 150 million Americans who work for private businesses and corporations in America)
URGENT NOTE – We have 51 Judges and four law Professors saying there’s a dangerous problem for 150 million Americans !!

**** Obama is very aware that U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Savage wrote that MetLife and their independent consultant Dr. Gary Greenhood ignored two MRI’s that proved patient Jacquelyn Addis has Multiple Sclerosis and lesions and plaque on her brain !!
Judge Savage also wrote they ignored sphincter incontinence, pain, nerve damage, trembling, stumbles and falls, and shaking in the upper and lower extremities !!
**** U.S. District Judge Robert Cleland wrote that Metlife and the same Dr. Gary Greenhood ignored a foot that patient Joanne Vick broke in 5 places after she developed diabetic kytoacedosis following childbirth.
**** Judges have also written that MetLife conceals Dr. Greenhood’s reports and other important documents from the patients during the claims process. Years later MetLife meticulously files these documents in Court to try to use to their advantage during the trial.
**** Obama and his DOL and DOJ Directors are aware that Dr. Greenhood and MetLife have ignored evidence in more cases but they will not even ask them to stop !!
This is occurring while many insurance companies are violating seven laws simultaneously including U.S. Title 29 1104 which mandates :
“ a fiduciary shall discharge his duties with respect to a plan solely in the interest of the participants with care, skill, prudence, and diligence”
They are also required to have safeguards in place and follow other laws to prevent violations.
In exchange for agreeing to these laws the insurance companies are allowed to sell trillions of dollars in policies and they cannot be sued for punitive damages even if they cause patients deaths !!!!!!

Many injured workers are committing suicide !!
WFAA - TV wrote this in their Peabody award winning series about Workers Comp that was featured on PBS:
“a remarkable number of Texans committed suicide because they could no longer endure the pain caused by their injuries and they had been repeatedly turned down for worker’s comp care. Some insurance companies send peer review doctors medical files “stripped” of records important to the possible approval of workers’ comp claims.”

During this time AIG rigged huge bids to increase sales of Workers Comp policies; AIG underreported premiums on Workers Comp policies causing under payment to state insurance pools. AIG has committed many more crimes!!
Example 3
Civilian contractors who support our troops in U.S War Zones are suffering devastating injuries including loss of multiple limbs and traumatic brain injuries.
Insurance companies are illegally denying or delaying medical treatment and prosthetic replacements of limbs !!

“The Labor Department seldom took action to enforce the law. Labor officials can recommend cases for prosecution to the Justice Department–but have only done so once in the past two decades, according to Labor officials.”
While I was having cancer surgery I was contacted by multiple contractors including Daniel Brink who lost a leg, fingers and toes in a car bomb blast.

“The Sheriff repossessed my wheelchair because CNA Global Insurance stopped payment on the check that they issued to the suppliers and my life really started spiraling out of control”
"I am sleeping on the floor on a mattress in the living room with my Night care Assistant sitting on a chair next to my mattress. I have to use a bucket and a bottle to urinate in the evenings."
“My medication that I need because of PTSD and the severe pain I experience has not been paid for three months. My teeth are extensively damaged right down to the nerves due to grinding caused by the severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I am suffering from."

CNA also exhibits dangerous patterns of violations in multiple types of insurance just like AIG !!
In 2011 Contractor deaths exceeded Military deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan !! If we support our troops we must support the contractors who provide many urgent services to our troops !!
Example 4
Major insurance companies pay millions to doctors who work for large corporations including Network Medical Review. The Exhibits prove multiple doctors from Network Medical Review write reports where they ignore the exact same medical evidence in separate reports written in different years. Obama’s appointees will not even ask them to stop !!
Obama’s DOL Directors sent me letters from Washington saying it’s their “top priority” to protect patients. That was 18 months ago and they have done absolutely nothing !!
These deadly crimes are being intentionally ignored while Obama said these unbelievable quotes during the National Prayer Meeting in 2012 :
“When I talk about making sure insurance companies aren’t discriminating against those who are already sick” “I do it because I believe in God’s command to love thy neighbor as thyself.”
During the 2011 Prayer Meeting 2011 Obama spoke about when he “embraced Jesus Christ” as his “Lord and Savior,” and how he prays “to walk closer with God.”
Obama said that while flagrantly ignoring all the manslaughter evidence you’ll see in the Exhibits !!

Category 2 – Money Laundering For Drug Cartels and No One is Prosecuted by Obama
Trillions have been laundered for mass murdering Mexican drug cartels that have recruited and kidnapped American children and dumped scores of decapitated and disemboweled bodies at crowded locations during rush hour or hung them from highway bridges !
Many American farmers on the border wear bullet proof vests and have moved their families off their farms.
Wachovia Bank laundered $378 billion for the murderous Mexican drug cartels. That’s enough money to fund the entire decade long Afghanistan war twice !!

These crimes helped crash the entire world economy but no one is ever prosecuted !! The corporations include Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, JP Morgan, JP Morgan Chase, Magnetar, AIG, Prudential, MetLife, Unum, Citi Bank, Wells Fargo, and GMAC.
